   螺桿(gan)式常溫(wen)冷(leng)卻控溫(wen)設(she)備的原理(li)流程可分為(wei)風冷(leng)式和(he)水冷(leng)式兩(liang)種模式。

  

水機性(xing)能(neng)一:風(feng)冷式常溫冷卻控溫設(she)備——特點

1. 冷卻塔免(mian)安裝(zhuang),安裝(zhuang)方(fang)(fang)便(bian),移(yi)動(dong)方(fang)(fang)便(bian)。它(ta)適用于缺乏水源的情況(kuang)。

制冷機日常維護:
1、加油
1)當油位低于視鏡1/4時,應及時補充潤滑油
2)將加油管一端連接壓縮機進氣端的加油閥,微開加油閥,利用系統中的壓力將加油管內的空氣排出,另一端插入油桶內
3)適當關小系統制冷劑供液閥,并調整吸氣低壓報警設置,以免因壓力過低而停車
4)當吸氣壓力低于大氣壓時,打開加油閥,油會自動進入壓縮機內
5)當油位超過視鏡5/6時,應停止加油操作:先關加油閥,再打開系統供液閥,恢復正常
2、補充制冷劑
1)當判斷系統缺液時,應及時給系統加氟
2)將加氟管一端與系統加氟口相連,另一端與氟瓶相連,通過加氟軟管趕出管內的空氣
3)先打開氟瓶的閥門,確認無泄漏后再開加氟口處的閥門
4)R23系統應將瓶口朝上,而R404A系統應將瓶口朝下,以保證迅速加氟
5)加氟結束時,應先關閉氟瓶的閥門,再關加氟口的閥門
6)制冷劑添加一次不可過多,以免排氣壓力過高。如一次添加不足,可重復進行
7)判斷系統液位正常的依據是,R23系統為停車均壓后的壓力值在6~8bar之間,R404A系統運行中冷凝器的液位在視鏡的1/5~2/5處
3、放空氣
1)當系統壓力明顯高于相應溫度下的飽和壓力時,應考慮放空氣
2)由于空氣只集中在高壓部分,所以應通過冷凝器的排空閥操作
3)高溫系統應在停車時進行,低溫系統**在運行時進行
4)具體操作要精心,絲堵不要開啟過大,也不要遠離現場
5)空氣操(cao)作(zuo)應分(fen)幾次進行,不可一次放(fang)(fang)氣太(tai)多(duo),以免放(fang)(fang)出過量的制冷劑 [4
